The community is comprised of two main sections referred to as Phase A and Phase B.

• Phase A is located in the northern section and consists of 1,088 single family condos and villas.
• Phase B is located in the southern section and consists of 800 single family condos, villas and homes.
• Each section has their own condo association with separate club houses and facilities.

Many community events are combined by the Phase A and B social directors. Guests from both Phases are always welcomed. Outside of the main gate there are many services including banks, grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, drug stores and strip malls. There is a Palm Beach fire and rescue station just outside of the main gate.
